After his last year double, Wait and Doin U, British-Nigerian record producer and songwriter serves his debut for the year, and highly anticipated single dubbed Flashy, as promised few days ago. Brilliantly produced by Maleek Berry himself, Flashy stands out for two main reasons. On the track, Berry takes a very welcome break from singing about love, using this time, instead, to brag about all his accomplishments and dunk on his haters. Before the release of the track, yesterday, Maleek Berry said he had locked himself in the studio all year, clearly working on doling out bangers. The new work runs on a smooth, infectious beat and a ton of adlibs.
